Once again we encounter the old school bushy applicator which separates well but shirks it's detail duties. I am pretty sure my lower lashes are way too sparse to ever even look like they exist so if any of these mascaras are able to make them look present I will be amazed. My opinion? It's good stuff, not great, but good. WAY BETTER than the Anastasia Lash Lifting Mascara, Smashbox Bionic Mascara is more in league with Benefit Bad Gal Lash and Bare Escentuals Buxom Lashes. This stuff extended and thickened as any good mascara should. As it stands, my favorite is Benefit Bad Gal Lash, with Bare Escentuals Buxom Lashes tied with Smashbox Bionic Mascara at a strong second and Anastasia Lash Lifting Mascara trailing in last place.
